I wanted to thank all of you at Marilyn’s Voice for the care and love you provided to our blonde princess Pomeranian, Sasha.  Every day my husband and I ask ourselves how we got so lucky to have her in our lives. 

Our odyssey with Marilyn’s Voice began with my trip to Beachwood Mall to buy a dress for a wedding. There I met Sasha outside of the animal boutique and was instantly smitten.  However, I played it very cool, left for home, and plotted and schemed to get my husband to agree to another dog.  After hearing her story of being a breeder dog in a puppy mill, he was all for it.

Then I had to convince all of you that we would be the best dog parents ever, because your interest was clearly in being sure that she would be in a forever home where she was treasured and spoiled rotten.  You checked all my references to be sure that was the case and called my veterinarian who assured you that our dogs got better medical care than the humans.  He was very impressed with the packet of information that came with Sasha outlining all the medical care you provided for her.

I can honestly say the “break in” period for Sasha was about 30 seconds.  She walked in, decided it met all her needs, proceeded to make friends with our 15 year old humane society rescue mutt and joined our household as if she had lived there here whole life.

And just so you know, I never did buy a dress for the wedding.  But I do have pink dog beds,  a pink patent leather collar with rhinestones and bones, pink dog dishes and pink winter dog boots………………………
