Just another update on Lucille: she is the sweetest and most precious dog. Every day I'm amazed at how wonderful she is, and the idea that she could have been mistreated, neglected or "thrown away" is beyond my comprehension. This afternoon she went in to work with me, and she sat in our office which is just off the treatment room, on her blanket. She didn't make a peep the entire time, just sat in the doorway watching everyone go about their business and she kept a close eye on me. Everyone loved her and held her.

She is so great on a leash too! We try to go for a little walk every day and she has met some of the kids in the neighborhood. Next week is pet week at my son's preschool and so I will take her there for a visit.

Her stools are all better now. I have had her on a little bit of Flagyl. The path review on the stool sample was just for a little environmental larva that was found, so no big deal on that. I will do some blood work and a UA on her soon just to see where everything is and establish a baseline.
